Briefly here, our Terms & Conditions: Set out our agreement with you; relating to your use of the domain name and the registration services provided by Synergic UK Ltd to register an internet domain name, firstly please Note: Synergic UK will only register domains for existing customers.
Regarding.UK (and other) Domains: We charge £11.00 per (.UK domain) name per year which covers a one year period, it will be the same price for renewals. We can register domains in most countries within the EEA and beyond, these domains are not .UK, as such we are happy to provide prices on application, ie .com, .net, .EU etc We do not charge for cancellations, changes of registration or transfers (but may make a modest charge for DNS bind files or DNS details).
Renewals, we will email the contact of the account, around eight weeks before the (annual) renewal (which is on the anniversary of the date of registration), with a forwards invoice for the domain name (and other services booked at the time the domain was registered with us, typically websites and email etc), this is to ensure you have time to decide if you would like to keep the domain name (and other services).
We will send standard business reminders for payment, and in addition, contact you via phone immediately before the renewal is due if we have not heard from you. Should you wish to keep the domain name, you simply need to pay the invoice! If you do not wish to renew please let us know as soon as you can.
If you do not respond the domain name will not be renewed and will be suspended 30 days after the expiry date and cancelled after a further 60 day grace period, in the case of other services associated with the domain reserve the right to bill for these or terminate on the date renewal.
To complete the registration process you must acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this agreement. This includes any rules or policies that are or may be published by Synergic UK Ltd from time to time and the rules and regulations set forth by the registry administrators for the respective registries. This Agreement will become effective upon acceptance by Synergic UK Ltd.
Synergic UK Ltd may at its sole discretion, elect to accept or reject any application for registration of domain name for any reason, including but not limited to, rejection due to a request for registration of a prohibited domain name.

These Terms and Conditions supersede all earlier versions. To the extent that You are deemed to be a consumer as defined by the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 or the Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts Regulations 1999 (UTCCR), these conditions will not affect
Your rights and will only apply to the extent that applicable law allows.
